Students of the Bioprocess Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Brawijaya University held the Bioreactor Prototype Exhibition 2024, Friday (07/06/2024) in the FTP Lobby. This exhibition was attended by all students of the Bioprocess Engineering Study Program class of 2021 who were divided into 17 groups whom participating in the bioprocess reactor design course taught by Prof. Yusuf Wibisono, STP.MSc. Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. Bambang Dwi Argo, DEA., Dr. Wahyunanto Agung Nugroho, and Dr. Ir. Mochamad Bagus Hermanto, S.TP., M.Sc.

Some of the bioreactor prototypes made by students on display include the Design of a Bubble Column Bioreactor for Wheat Straw Based Bioethanol Production; Exploring Haematococus pluvilis Growth in Bubble Column Photobioreactor and Polyhydroxylacanoate Sequencing Batch Reactor. Meanwhile, the assessment criteria include creativity in making bioreactor prototypes, accuracy of CAD designs / technical drawings, and presentation and teamwork.
