Integrated Service Unit (ULT) Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP)

The Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP) Universitas Brawijaya is a one-stop service center designed to enhance the quality of administrative and informational services for students, lecturers, educational staff, and the general public. The existence of ULT aims to simplify academic and non-academic service processes, making them more accessible, efficient, transparent, and capable of meeting the needs of all stakeholders optimally.

As part of efforts to improve the governance of higher education services, ULT FTP Universitas Brawijaya functions as a communication bridge between the faculty and the academic community as well as external parties. With an integrated service system, this unit serves as the primary hub for delivering information, managing academic documents, handling complaints, and coordinating various administrative needs and facilitating services for students and teaching staff.

By applying principles of effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency, ULT FTP UB strives to provide fast, accurate, and technology-based services to support academic processes and other administrative activities. This aligns with the vision of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology to become a leading higher education institution in the fields of science and agricultural technology while providing excellent service to all stakeholders.

ULT FTP Universitas Brawijaya continues to innovate in improving service quality by developing digitalization systems, accelerating administrative processes, and establishing more responsive complaint and consultation mechanisms. In doing so, this unit is expected to make significant contributions to creating a conducive academic environment and supporting the achievement of better academic and professional success for all members of the FTP Universitas Brawijaya academic community.

Legal Basis and Organizational Structure Based on the Dean’s Decree of FTP Universitas Brawijaya Number 96 of 2024, officially enacted on June 28, 2024, ULT FTP was formally established to enhance service effectiveness within the faculty. This decision also outlined the organizational structure of ULT FTP as follows:

• Head of ULT: Firmansyah, SH
  Responsible for managing and coordinating all services provided by ULT FTP.

• Coordinator of Academic and Student Services: Ely Andajani, S.Sos.
  Manages services related to academic administration, scholarships, student activities, and information services for students.

• Coordinator of Financial and Personnel Services: Shirley Harry Saputra, SAB
  Responsible for financial services, fund disbursement, payments, and personnel administration within the faculty.

• Coordinator of General Services and State-Owned Assets (BMN): Sunariyati, S.E.
  Manages services related to facilities and infrastructure, facility borrowing, and asset management of the faculty.
