Welcoming the 78th independence of the Republic of Indonesia, August 17, 2023, Faculty of Agricultural Technology Universitas Brawijaya managed to present a special gift by winning the General winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 Governance criteria and several other achievements. The list of FTP UB’s victories is as follows :

• First winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in the most patents category
• First winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in QS 100 Best Work category
• Second winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in faculty category with the most Professor processing
• Second winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in international accreditation achievement and contribution for UB
• Third winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in the best service productivity category
• Third winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in Budget Performance Efficiency category
• Third winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in the best research productivity category
• Second winner of UB Giraffe Award 2023 in the best performance Achievement category

In addition, FTP also managed to achieve the following achievements :

• Champion I lecturer Achievement in Science and technology by Dr.Agr.Sc. Dimas Firmanda Al Riza, ST., M.Sc
