In collaboration with Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Brawijaya, Dharma Wanita Faculty of Agricultural Technology held a training on making Porang processed products, in FTP Hall 2nd floor, Thursday (27/07/2023).

Acting as a resource person, Eva Ni’maturohmah, STP from FTP Pilot Plant Laboratory explained that porang can be used on various food products such as noodles, pasta, yogurt, pudding, ice cream, bread, jelly, confectionery, edible film, various drinks to processed meat on ground beef, canned meat, sausage and meat substitutes.

Not only learning about porang processing, the event which is attended by hundreds of Dharma Wanita members in UB is also on the agenda of providing educational assistance for the sons and daughters of Dharwa Wanita members.
