Faculty of Agricultural Technology held a ceremonial feast Professor Prof. Dr. Sudarminto Setyo Yuwono, M.App.Sc. Wednesday (23/08/2023) in FTP Hall 2nd floor.

Confirmed as a professor in the field of Processing Engineering, Prof. Sudarminto developed MPV-Pro which has high accuracy in determining yield in tofu industry because it was developed based on dominant variables. This innovation is proven to help optimize the tofu production process by identifying key variables that affect yield and texture so that manufacturers can set appropriate production parameters to achieve the desired results. Thus manufacturers can reduce the waste of raw materials and optimize the use of resources so as to save production costs. In addition, manufacturers can also predict changes in tofu yield due to changes in the level of process variables used.
